TRX Suspension Training
A new category of exercise for athletes of all abilities that leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity from a single point attachment provides the ideal mix of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability all at once and across a wide range of resistance. Suspension Training allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously which tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility. The versatility of TRX Suspension Training exercises allows for hundreds of functional exercises to be combined to create unique and challenging training programs that meet the performance enhancement goals for any fitness level.
